As you may have noticed, I made some changes around here. Hung some new curtains, actually dusted off the fans and got some new throw pillows to keep it fresh.
I’m like that. I have to change things occassionally or I get sick of looking at it. That’s probably why I change the header each month…I need to look at TEH NEW! Thanks for not screaming, “Leave the header alone for once, you OCD lunatic!”
Screaming makes my inside voices angry. Very angry.
*ahem* AND moving on.
One thing I did want to let you all in on is a new thing I’m trying out in the comments of each post. I’ve tried to be good not horrible somewhat consistant about replying back to all you wonderful people who comment…love you with big huge smooshy kisses!…but Gmail is eating my soul.
SO! From now on, I can reply to you directly from the comments section and don’t think I just decided to be a jerk and not email you back E.V.E.R….because it’s not like I’ve ever done THAT before…it’s just that your answer will now be in the comments section.

Please keep leaving me your awesome, wonderful, snarky, sincere comments and I’ll keep ignoring them in hopes the magic comment fairy answers them them close to my heart.

Regarding your header, have you thought about adding some rotating image code? If you give me some time I’m sure I can find it… somewhere, seeing as I’ll probably be using it myself soon.

I’ve often thought about the return emails to comments, but there are so many commenters who DON’T leave an email address that I always get frustrated and give up on the pursuit. LOL.

OMGAWSH!!!!! I can’t bellieve it! This would be the best thing ever! I could dispsel the rumors that I am having an affair with the nice photo man at the Wal-Mart photo center! I REALLY only go there to get my prints! I promise! If my name was randomly drawn for this-I could print my portfolio pictures in the comfort of my very own home!! I would let the nice little man at Wal-Mart down easy though-and just order a print here and there, so as not to hurt his feelings. He is a nice man after all!

This new theme I’m used a rotating header “out of the box” but I changed it because I didn’t dig it…but the images they were using were really generic and maybe that’s why I didn’t like it, I didn’t even mess with it. Let me know when you have your rotating header up and let me see if I like it and then maybe you can share your mojo with me. Thanks so much!

You have to get a gravatar http://en.gravatar.com/ Then any site that uses a gravatar will automatically go out by email and pull your picture. Hope that helps, it’s pretty simple really.

Thanks, Kyla..big props to Pete for helping fix things I broke along the way. He’s handy, i’m definitely keeping him.
There are some really high traffic bloggers who never respond to any comments, I know they just don’t have time, but I love it that I can actually take the time to get to know the people who read here. (translate = will never be a high traffic blogger) I’ve made some great friendships.
De-lurking day was so fun because I heard from a lot of new people. LOVED it!
