Hair pretties

Peyton is in love with her best friend Adelaine. And one thing that she always comments on is Adelaine’s endless supply of “hair pretties”. Adelaine now has a full head of sunny blond waves and Angela makes sure to decorate that beautiful head with a bow or ribbon of some sort.

Grandma Sharon provided the most wonderful gift to Peyton’s ego! A soft little headband that doesn’t hurt her head and it has a little place to put barettes, so we can mix and match some pretties of her own. She doesn’t have enough hair to keep the barettes in, so this is a fun way she can still set the fashion trends.

We’ve got accessorizing under control, next we work on color-coordination.

Can you tell how happy and proud she was of that hair bow? And LOOK at all that hair coming in. Happy happy happy.

Also, these beautiful pictures were taken at the coin drive we did last week at Lithia Springs Elementary. We raised 800$ in those two days and it was so good to see people reaching out to help us in our mission for a cure. Lexie is quickly becoming one of Peyton’s favorite people. Lexie (the cute blondie) Tucker lost her little brother Zach to a Diffuse Pontine Glioma and she is such a compassionate heart and a wonderful young woman. Every day, Peyton draws a picture and announces that “This one is for Lexie!”

She calls Lexie “That girl with dots on her face!” (freckles)
